Welcome to the 2014 Beaver Golf Tour, featuring the 37th Annual Gordy Skaar Memorial Golf Tournament sponsored by Wells Fargo. The Skaar tournament, held at the beautiful Bemidji Town & Country Club, will have a new women’s division this year, and women are encouraged to participate! Thanks to many dedicated volunteers, the tournament features morning and afternoon tee times (7:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.) and plenty of socializing as we raise scholarship funds for BSU student-athletes. A special thanks to the tournament sponsors: Wells Fargo, Nei Bottling, Paul Bunyan Communications, Bernick’s Beverages, Dondelinger GM, and Image Photography.

  TOURNAMENT HISTORY
1978 was the inaugural year for the Skaar Pabst Golf Scramble. The objective, as set by the late Gordy Skaar, was to raise funds to assist Bemidji State University Men's Athletics. Over a period of 36 years $650,000.00 has been allocated for scholarships and other operational needs of men's athletics at B.S.U.

Beginning in 2014 the funds raised will be used for all BSU Division ll athletics.

R.H. BOB PETERS - HOCKEY COACH, RETIRED
"A tournament that started with approximately 40 golfers has, over the years, evolved into a field of 280 . The spirit and leadership of the Skaar family and the Bemidji Town and Country Club has elevated the Skaar Scramble to the category of one of the best in the Midwest".
